Eric Klaussmann — Investor & Operator

Eric is an experienced investor and operator who has spent his career at the intersection of finance and business building. He began in investment banking and private equity, where he learned how capital, strategy, and disciplined execution can transform companies. Later, as CFO and COO of Winky Lux, he put those lessons into practice, scaling the company from a startup into a national brand and leading its successful sale to private equity.

Unlike traditional private equity firms, Eric takes a hands-on and long-term approach to acquiring businesses. Through his firm, White Whale Investments, he invests directly in small companies and works alongside owners and teams to strengthen operations, improve financial performance, and build sustainable growth. His goal is to provide owners with a fair and transparent exit while protecting the legacy they’ve built.
